I would like to add that Gene was always my favorite during my young-to-mid teen years. To this day, one of my 'all-time' songs is "True Love Never Runs Smooth." In my teens I moved 'home' about 30 times in 3 years and eventually some homelessness too (inevitable) so I lost my precious album so long ago but still I sing the songs from it, especially Half Heaven, Half Heartache and Donna. You'll see on the back of that album, the song Donna Means Heartbreak. Goodness, I'd love to get a copy of that album again. Of course it was never mine in the first place.
