Hi Ros,

every autism fruit salad is different so one size fits all advice is fairly unprofessional. It may be he has Exposure Anxiety or ADHD or simply can't filter or prioritise internal or external info or it could be other environmental or personality clash factors. There'd be strategies for each.

It's for an autism consultant (you can find my consulting work at http://www.donnawilliams.net/emailconsult.0.html ) to ascertain which things are at work in his particular case and therefore which set of strategies might help him with a given issue.

I am an autism consultant and do do such work. But your question requires more than a one size fits all response.

warmly,
Donna *)
